Let it cook like for 5 minutes in the low burn as the flavor comes out.

The final result should be some tasty sloppy meat to put on the toasted bread, with butter on both buns.
Serve it with tomato slices seasoned with salt and pepper, pickles potato salad. It should be a “sloppy” meal, so expect dirty fingers and some pours!
Making Happy Joes:
Mini Super Bowl Meatball Sandwiches
After Happy Joes we declare Meatball Sandwhiches as the most American of Recipes. Easy, fast, messy and delicious. If you ask me a Game Day food needs to include lots and lots of meat, I could eat a dozen of these or more.
Difficulty: Very easy
Total Making Time: 50 min
Preparation: 25 min
Cooking Time: 25 min
For how many people: 12 people or 12 sandwiches
- 2 pounds of ground beef or chuck
- ½ cup of panko or other types of breadcrumbs
- ½ glass of milk
- 2 slices or garlic, make them minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper, ground it
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- One half medium onion, in small pieces
- Marinara sauce, the full jar!
- 12 dinner rolls or instead use slider rolls
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
How to Make
First off take the meat and mix it up with the breadcrumbs, some milk, garlic, salt and pepper, everything tightly mixed with your own hands. Nothing like getting your hands dirty with a Super Bowl food party recipe!
Roll the mix into spoon size and leave it for now.
Warm the olive oil in a large pan under medium heat. Add the onions until they cook well over a minute. Then throw-in the meatballs in until they brown, shouldn´t take more than another minute. As you might have too many meatballs for your pan, do it in batches or groups and keep the cooked meatballs on another low warmed pan.
With the meatballs in the pan pour in the marinara full jar, cover the pan with a lid and shake gently to mix everything up inside. Let it simmer for 20 minutes with medium heat.
Now you are ready to serve, cut each bread roll in half and place a handfuls of mozzarella cheese on the top and bottom of each roll. Serve a meatball into the middle of the buns, cover them and dig in!

Super Bowl Chinese Snack Mix

Now pour the sauce over the snack mix and shake the big bowl.
Take the snack out of the bowl and spread out over a rimmed baking sheet, make sure you can stir it easily from time to time. Bake the mix in the oven for 16 to 18 minutes and shaking it half way through. By the end the mix should be almost completely dry.
Take it out from the oven and mix in the wasabi peas, stir well. Leave it for an hour or more until it cools down completely, then story in a well-sealed container for 3 days.
